Clooney and Grant Heslov's Smoke House Pictures and Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way Prods share producing credits.

‘Amazing Spider-Man’ Teaser Leaks Online

Sony is going to take this down faster than you can say “Peter Parker” but check out the leaked teaser of “The Amazing Spider-Man” (via Albotas).

The studio appears to be turning the page on Tobey Maguire’s shinier Spidey and going with a darker, almost Christopher Nolan-ish route (or so it seems with this teaser). Pic is directed by Marc Webb ("500 Days of Summer") and stars rising thesp Andrew Garfield.

**Note—Sony will take “The Amazing Spider-Man” to Comic-Con this weekend so if, for some reason, you can’t watch the teaser, expect to see it (officially) by the end of the weekend.**

‘The Dark Knight Rises’ teaser leaks

UPDATE #2 (Monday, 10:36AM): OK, OK. The official teaser is here (below). Enjoy.

UPDATE (2:11 p.m. PST) : Warner Bros. has removed the clip from YouTube.

Here’s (below) the first teaser for “The Dark Knight Rises,” which is playing in front of “Harry Potter" this weekend.

While this bootlegged version was captured on what appears to be a mobile phone, the teaser is authentic.

Tom Hardy, who plays the burly villain, Bain, in the pic, is front and center in the terse footage, along with Warner Bros.’ reminder that this is Christopher Nolan’s final Batman feature. (The inscription “Every Journey Has an End” appears early in the 70-second clip.)

Gary Oldman, a.k.a. Commissioner Gordon, is the other player in the teaser, lying in a hospital bed as he ponders the fate of Gotham’s caped crusader.

“The Dark Knight Rises,” currently filming, hits theaters July 20, 2012.

First Trailer for Scorsese's 3D 'Hugo'

Martin Scorsese…family director?

Paramount Pictures has unveiled the first trailer for “Hugo,” the 3D family-adventure-drama from Oscar-winning helmer Martin Scorsese.

Hugohat_boffo Based on Brian Selznick's best-selling children's book, "Hugo" is set in 1930s Paris and centers on a 12-year-old orphan (Asa Butterfield) who lives in a train station and must finish what his late father started by solving the mystery of a broken robot.

Chloe Moretz, Sacha Baron Cohen and Jude Law also star.

A far cry from Scorsese’s wise-guy canon, “Hugo” also marks the director’s first foray into kid literature and could very well thrive over the Thanksgiving holiday period, given the pic's family/adult-friendly feel.

Lets just hope the 30 Seconds to Mars song featured in the trailer (?) doesn't make it into the actual film.

“Hugo,” produced by GK Films, arrives on November 23.
