CANNES TRAILER: 'Rust and Bone'
Marion Cotillard and Matthias Schoenaerts star in the Cannes competition title "Rust and Bone," French director Jacques Audiard's follow-up to Oscar-nominated drama "A Prophet."
Based on the short story by Craig Davidson, "Rust and Bone" centers on a young boxer who falls in love with a killer whale trainer on the verge of a terrible accident.
The $22 million pic is produced by Pascal Caucheteux at French production house Why Not Prods., whose credits include Audiard's "The Beat That My Heart Skipped" and "A Prophet," as well as "Of Gods and Men" and "Assault on Precinct 13."
