VIDEO: Hill, Reilly improvise for 'Cyrus'

Cyruscomm_boff John C. Reilly and Jonah Hill have made a pretty hilarious spot for NotMileyCyrus.com, Fox Searchlight's campaign site for the Duplass brothers comedy "Cyrus."

Check it out below.

In other "Cyrus" news, the low-budget pic continues to perform well in its limited-run across the U.S., grossing $300,000 at 17 locations this weekend, bringing its domestic cume to $569,000.

"Cyrus" is currently playing in New York, L.A., Chicago, Austin, San Francisco, Toronto, Washington D.C. and Boston and will expand nationwide in July.

TRAILER: Mark Romanek's 'Never Let Me Go'

Neverletmego_boffo It may only be June but you can already smell the Oscar blossoms in the air.

This morning, Apple debuted the first trailer for director Mark Romanek's bigscreen adaptation of "Never Let Me Go," and it looks...well...beautiful.

Foxsearchlight_boffo The Fox Searchlight pic, which apparently brought Spike Jonze to tears, features some of the most-coveted British actresses on the planet, including Carey Mulligan, Sally Hawkins, Keira Knightley and "Swimming Pool" star Charlotte Rampling. Andrew Garfield ("Red Riding" trilogy) also stars.

Based on the award-winning novel by Kazuo Ishiguro, "Never Let Me Go" revolves around three childhood friends who later realize they are being groomed for dark and mysterious reasons.

Romanek, who last-directed the indie serial pic "One Hour Photo, is also an acclaimed music video director, working with such artists as Madonna, R.E.M. and Morrissey.

"Never Let Me Go" opens nationwide October 1, 2010.

Sneak Preview: Keep an eye out for 'Cyrus'

Cyrus_boffo After the release of "Baghead," people weren't quite sure what to expect from writer/directors Jay and Mark Duplass. Their previous effort, "Puffy Chair," was a brilliant combination of lo-fi humor and careening romance while "Baghead" found the Duplass brothers almost struggling with a cautionary tale.

But with "Cyrus", fans of the indie duo can rest assure: the Duplass brothers are back, perhaps in a big way.

One of the brightest films at this year's Sundance, "Cyrus" stars John C. Reilly as a middle-aged loner who meets the woman of his dreams (Marisa Tomei). Only thing is--her twenty-something son, played by Jonah Hill, has a few tricks up his sleeve.

Fox Searchlight will release "Cyrus" (limited) on June 18.
